It was just the dragon looking at the sunlight at first, but it looked REALLY plain, so to fill the space, I added the bubbles. Plus, it made the message way clearer. And made it all colorful!
And to clear things up, the bubbles have a seagull (looks more like a dove), the sun, clouds, a crab, a leaf, a palm tree, and a coconut. And I put some fish and a shark in the background. And I kept on having to redo the fins when I was shading because they kept changing color!
The sea dragon wants to live on land, but he is stopped by the fact that he has finns for arms, no legs, and can only breathe underwater. So he sits atop a rock wishing he could at least have some feet while he stares at the strangely odd bubbles that are popping up.
